Honeycomb & Co is the brainchild of Ian D'Annunzio-Green whose name is synonymous with many of the city's very best eating spots. His experience in the hospitality industry spans 30+ years, with experience of running cafes, restaurants and events at leading visitor attractions including the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, the Scottish National Portrait Gallery and Hopetoun House to name just a few.
Together with his team of Honeycomb Busy Bees, they totally 'get' that delicious food is just one part of a memorable eating experience, and so a friendly, informal and efficient service is central to what they do.
Former Owner and Director of Heritage Portfolio Ltd and with over 30 years experience in the creation and delivery of special events and destination cafes, Ian D'Annunzio-Green is the supporting and guiding Director of the Honeycomb team.
